I was computer phone guy charged my card when it was paid for already . It wasn't the button I pushed ... This month was paid for on my ** dollar plan unlimited. It paid for it again for the same month. And now it's saying that the money is going to the next bill payment. I DIDNT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR THESAME BILL TWICE. I NEED THE OTHEE $**.** BACK.
I could use that money for another utility bill
Put the extra $** back into my debit card
I've been a customer for a couple years and I have encouraged many to switch to boost and now they look at me having this problem it looks bad on me and boost
Ive tried on line email and called
I have an issue with Boost Mobile too
How GetHuman-mlopes fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-mlopes to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
