I purchased extra add ons to my plan so I could use it while out of the country (MX) for two weeks. I went into a store and was directed to the exact add on services that I would need and was told that I would then be able to use my phone just like I do at home. However, I was unable to make or receive calls, texts and my internet connection did not work very well. I would like to be reimbursed (or a credit added to my account) for these services I paid for since I was unable to take advantage of them.
GetHuman-apeyton did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
