I got the J* phone two months ago and i have called several times and explained that the phone lags and apps constantly close out or dont come up at all. I have trouble shooted my phone and reset and cleared cookies and storage today when i called in to complain the customer service rep said that it was the network which makes me believe that Boost mobile service is the problem and not the phone. Never have i ever called a phone company and been told that the service provider was the issue. so I guess i need to make sure everyone in gilbert knows that boost network is ****** and i need to switch providers.
