Help with my Boost Mobile issue

I went into a boost mobile store today to remove myself from mine and my husband's family plan until he can get a new phone plus set up autopay and pay my bill. By the time I made it home my phone never cut on. So I called boost myself and made the payment. When I checked my mobile banking app I saw * pulled and pending transactions to boost mobile * for **.** and * for **.**. After the ** posted my phone cut on immediately. Besides if I set up autopsy my bill is supposed to be **.**. I called boost to stop the payment for the other one and I was told they couldn't and to call my bank. I called my bank and they told me to contact boost. This back and forth is ridiculous I need my money returned. I need answers. I have a screenshot of my mobile banking app that shows both pending transactions.
GetHuman709801 did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
