get phone to work ... I was told last week monday * *** that the Service in Dixon Illinois will be down for tower upgrading. I used a friends phone to call in, I don't have a phone to call you on today. The service person last Monday had me change my network to CDMA and said to call back Wednesday **** to change it to another setting. Well I sure hope that is all that is needed phone calls will not stay connected, signal and bars on phone totally keep disappearing. I want a call back not an email....... I was support to be live chat with customer service. Isn't anyone honest anymore and is everything automated which is a total waste of peoples time.
I have no phone to use, calls drop if they even get through and text send minutes even hours later when signal can be found.
Would like dependable cell phone service.

Tchanged network to auto, to lt*cdma back to cdma... no network holds signal. HELP ALREADY
