The issue in GetHuman-nikaluv's own words
On May ** ****, I Shanica Todd, activated a new phone along with switching over to the special promotion of * lines for $***. I was instructed to pay $***.**. On May **, **** a payment of of $***.** and $***.** was charged to my debit card. I called on the same day I saw I paid $***.** to boost. I called and explained to all the foreign representatives that I did not authorized a payment of ***.**. Each call took over * hour, which included them speaking to the representative whom charged the unauthorized $***.**. After each call the representatives stated usage was used so they could not refund me my $***.**. My concern and complaint is as follows: *st- a representative stole my money from my personal account, *nd- the representative did not properly put my family on the family plan and *rd- I am being told I cannot get my money back after a representative from boost mobile inadequately ruined by boost account and stole from me after being a loyal customer for ** years. I do believe that this company is NOT prepared to go fourth with this new profound promotion created for "* lines for $***" until strenuous training has been provided for all representatives. In addition, better fluent speaking representatives would be sufficient when speaking to multiple nationalities to insure that the customer understands and are fully aware of what they are paying for and the services they will be consuming. After this situation, my family has become very disappointed with is whole ordeal and will be seeking services else where. Thank you for the years of service for the past ** years leading up until May **, ****.
