You over charged me. Need human person to correct and credit my acct.. no human service? Call bureau of better business practice and inform consumer protection Dept. Tried get human customer service you have none to help pls advice correct overcharge fees. Then still only recourse is email.... no reply via human service Chg to another carrier! You can overcharge me but can’t talk to me ???
