i bought two new phones from Boost Mobile. I used my credit card to prepay both of the phones via the Boost Mobile App on one of the phones. Neither phone works to make phone calls or send texts or surf the web. Over $*** down the toilet. Called *** and the Boost Mobile call center employees could not understand my very thick American accent. Kept hanging up on me when I asked for "supervisor" or "boss" or "manager" and without a shred of doubt these call center employees are the most hateful human beings on the planet. Not one of them gave a **** about my not having access to any communications after spending $*** on their products and service. This company should be out of business due to the level of hatred of Americans by their foreign owners who use foreign call centers to rip off US dollars by using felony deceptive practices -- pretending they are an American company to deceive US citizens into paying cash for a pound of plastic.
