I made a booking via booking.com for Kruger Allo under the name of Hentie G. The booking is from July 4, [redacted] to July 10, [redacted] for one room and 2 adults. Unfortunately, Hentie did not receive a confirmation email. I need to cancel the booking for personal reasons, but without the confirmation, I'm unable to proceed. Hentie provided his email for the booking, but no confirmation was received. Could you please resend the confirmation to my email so I can assist with the cancellation?

To whom it may concern, I recently stayed at a Guestready apartment in Greenwich and encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted our trip. Upon arrival, we found the apartment door difficult to open and close properly, preventing access to the balcony where my friends were looking forward to enjoying the view. Despite contacting Guestready for assistance, we faced delays and unfulfilled promises of sending maintenance staff to address the door problem. The constant back-and-forth with Guestready and their ineffective attempts to assist led to a disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Despite repeated assurances of a refund for the inconveniences faced, I have yet to receive any compensation. Our experience was further marred by the ineffective communication and lack of resolution, forcing us to cancel plans and endure discomfort due to the drafty conditions in the apartment. The unsatisfactory handling of the situation by Guestready has left us frustrated and seeking support from your end to address this matter promptly. Good evening, My name is Victor Pascoal. I had reservations to stay at the Guesthouse for 2 nights from 4/12 to 6/12. I traveled from out of town to London and arrived around 11 pm. I was able to access the front door with the code provided in advance, but I couldn't enter my room as it was locked. Despite trying to call the Guesthouse, I was unable to reach anyone for assistance. I had to find alternative accommodation for the night. I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience. Dear GetHuman Team, I made a rental car reservation on December 2nd through Booking, but did not receive a confirmation email. The reservation was also not listed in my bookings. I had to book with another provider to secure a car for my stay. On December 3rd, the rental car provider charged me. After contacting them, I was informed that I needed to reach out to Booking since it was booked through them. I contacted the Booking Help Desk, and they cancelled the booking for me. Still, I have not received a confirmation email, nor has the money been refunded to me. Booking.com needs to follow up with the rental company to ensure I get my refund. I am experiencing issues when trying to make a booking for the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington, ON for December 21-22 using my Genius 3 designation. At the end of the booking process, my saved card, which is no longer valid, is being used and I am unable to change it to my new card. I tried calling [redacted] but did not receive assistance after almost an hour on the phone. I was directed to a link to update my payment information on booking.com/mysettings/payment, which did not solve the issue. I need to update my VISA number for this booking, but I am unable to do so. I have made numerous bookings in the past and would like immediate assistance to resolve this matter for my Genius booking. I booked a one-night stay at Red Lion Inn and Suites in Dayton, Ohio through Booking.com for December 11 to December 12. After realizing my card didn't have sufficient funds, I used a credit card to pay, but Booking.com ended up charging me twice for the same room. The staff at the hotel canceled my original reservation made through Booking.com and rebooked me as a walk-in guest. I have been attempting to contact Booking.com to request a refund for the duplicate charge. I am seeking assistance in getting the overcharge refunded back to my bank account.

Hello, I need assistance with booking a hotel near Suvarnabhumi BKK airport for a one-night stopover. I have found out that I will need to take another PCR test upon arrival. I am unsure whether the test can be done at the airport or at the hotel. I am arriving in the afternoon and I am concerned if the test results will be delivered on time for my connecting flight the next morning. Good day. I made a booking yesterday at Durban Seaside Apartment with confirmation number [redacted]. I was horrified by the condition of the place. The beds and flat were infested with cockroaches. I reached out to the administration and the contact person provided, Mohamed at [redacted], did not respond or come to assess the situation. Due to the unsanitary conditions, I could not stay with my young child and elderly mother. I am requesting an immediate full refund and can provide pictures upon request. Regarding reservation #[redacted] (PIN #[redacted]) for Mark Nadzieja, I am contacting in regards to our room reservation from Dec 24 - Dec 26. We need to cancel due to changes in my children's Christmas vacation. Despite our efforts, we were informed by Booking.com that it is at the discretion of the Embassy Suites Oceanfront in St Augustine if we can cancel without a fee. I followed up with the hotel and was assured by Hailey and the manager that the reservation was canceled and a credit was processed to our credit card. While a pending credit was seen last night, it has now disappeared this morning without a credit to our account. I am disappointed in the lack of resolution and accountability. Do the prices vary based on the pick-up and drop-off times? 3. What are the charges if we drop off the car later than the scheduled time? I'm still waiting for refunds from August. We had two bookings with refunds pending. One booking received a partial refund, but our records show we are still owed approximately £[redacted]. Despite calling multiple times and being informed they are being processed, no other refunds have been received so far. I made a mistake and cannot find my apartment booking details for Benalmadena on my iPad. I had booked it for January 17th to February 15th. The booking may have been with Bookings.com. I made a reservation at TRAVELODGE GATLINBURG, [redacted] BISHOP LANE, GATLINBURG, TN [redacted], for check-in on Friday, December 10, and check-out on Sunday, December 12. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Everything from the exterior to the lobby, the room's smell, and the bedding left much to be desired. The conditions were unacceptable for guests. I am requesting a refund for the one night that was charged to my account. I am unsure if I should contact Booking or Travelodge regarding this issue. I recently encountered a situation with my husband's hotel booking at the County Hotel Carlisle. When I checked our reservations, only bookings for hotels in Portsmouth and Spain were visible, leading me to book a single room for him to avoid any issues upon his arrival. However, upon his check-in, the receptionist confirmed the original double room booking was still in place, and advised us to cancel the unnecessary single room reservation. I had a reservation via Booking.com at Fairfield Inn in San Carlos, California. The reservation was canceled directly with Fairfield Inn due to our granddaughter's illness. Fairfield Inn waived the cancellation fee, but Booking.com mentions a charge if canceled after 12/14/[redacted]. The Booking.com Confirmation #[redacted] and PIN CODE is [redacted]. I kindly request Booking.com to waive the cancellation charge as Fairfield Inn has already waived theirs. I haven't officially canceled the reservation on Booking.com, but it is canceled. My spouse and I had arranged for pick-up at Orly Airport in Paris on December 7, [redacted] with Vueling (Booking Code: JB2WFF, Flight 12:55 from Dublin Airport to Paris Orly at 15:45). After waiting for 30 minutes, we were informed to walk to a different terminal for pickup, which was inconvenient given my husband's recent knee surgery. Eventually, a driver arrived and requested us to walk to another terminal where his car was parked. To add to the frustration, the driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel, forcing us to move our luggage in the rain and darkness. This situation was entirely unsatisfactory, and I am requesting a refund for the service.

The entire week was stressful as we had to shuttle between hotels and the competition venue daily, impacting our rest and overall experience. Hallo, ich probiere es hier erneut. Über Silvester haben wir ein Apartment in M/V über Booking.com gebucht. Leider ist eine Umbuchung aufgrund der hohen Corona-Zahlen, der Konzertabsage und der Schließung vor Ort nicht möglich. Wir haben eine falsche Telefonnummer vom Vermieter erhalten und werden komplett ignoriert. Obwohl nicht gereist werden soll, zeigt sich Booking.com unnachgiebig. Wir möchten nicht zurückerstattet werden, sondern nur umbuchen. Das gleiche Problem besteht bei anderen Anbietern nicht. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich hier gebucht habe.

I am reaching out to request a refund for our current hotel stay. We have encountered cleanliness issues in our room, including hair, unknown animal eggs, dirt, and stains on the bedding. When we brought this to the front desk's attention, we were informed there was no room service available, and we had to insist on receiving at least a fresh sheet for the bed. Unfortunately, even the replacement sheets provided were stained. Due to these unsanitary conditions, we are unable to continue our stay at this hotel and urgently require a refund to secure alternative accommodation.

While I was browsing Booking.com for a Jacuzzi suite for my kids and me, I accidentally ended up with a nonrefundable booking at the Hilton Garden Inn in Joplin, Missouri. I did not intend to book there as I usually pay at the property. I am upset and want my money back as I never wanted to stay there.
