Good day**I am grateful of the service I received from booking.com. It is satisfactory. **Unfortunately my bed and breakfast experience at Fouriestreet *** Mokopane was not a good one at all. I was booking because I was attending a wedding in Mokopane. I live in Gauteng. Realising the wedding was taking longer than expected I called the BnB to tell them I'll be there later than planned and I was told a woman will be waiting for us. We arrived at around **H**.**On arrival we were told the person who is supposed to book us in was not at the place. We had to wait long for her to come. We did wait and she came. She was very loud and rude. Shouting at us because **. She is doing the owner a favour**. She had to drive from her farm to the BnB and she is a woman. **. It was late and the owner who should be booking us in is not even there to handle us**. She should be sleeping and not be dealing with us.**. We should have left the wedding at **H**.*NB all of these things are said at the top of her voice.**. We think this is a hotel to have reception staff always.**When we complained about how she was rude*shouting and we asked what OUR fault is we could not get the answer. She kept repeating the above points. We were not even given time to speak. We had to force our voice in to defend ourselves from the verbal abuse. **I wonder what made that woman think that she had the right to speak to us that way. She acted as if we came to beg for accomodation not to bring business. We were even told to go complain @ booking.com because we booked through them and the money they charged us is not even enough compared to what they charge.**Later, after getting into the room there was a car hooting at the gate for about ** minutes from **H** and our sleep was obviously disturbed because the woman had gone back to her farm. The staff member who was there is not allowed to check people in.**Another thing, the toilet door of the shared bathroom*toilet does not close and it felt very unsafe to sit on the toilet with a door that does not close.**I am still shocked up to today with the treatment we received there. We didn't feel safe throughout our stay because we never knew when that woman will pouce on us again.**How this can be fixed?**.Booking.com should make sure their accommodations have trained staff who know what customer care is. **. Staff at venues should have **** staff to check people in. **. I would like an apology, written, from the BnB through booking.com **. Lastly I would like some monetary or free accomodation compensation because I did not get value for my money.**I hope I will get a response to this complain.**Thank you
