I wanted to make sure I didn't get charged for the room I reserved at contenetial hotel in Oakland CA yesterday. I had to cancel my reservation due to issues we had with the hotels policy that were not clearly provided during reservation* booking time, And poor customer service was provided with staff at time, therefore we wanted to make sure we didn't get charged for the stay.
