I am trying to get refund. ... We cancelled our booking ********** in the name of (Mansieto Basunga) due to Covid**. *Pin *****Customer service agent Marissa K requested an exception due to the pandemic period. *We received a message saying that our reservation is now cancelled but we won't be refunded.*Is that an automatic message or definitely we won't be refunded?**Thank you
The email I received said that the reservation is cancelled but I won't be refunded.
I want the hotel to consider that due to Covid** most of the events are cancelled free of charges, I was refunded for my flight ticket too. please refund me.
I have been in this hotel few times as every year I attend a religious conference in this city.
I called the hotel direct number but the agent didn't help much.
