We put a deposit on a room in Virginia beach on may ** at seashire and on the way there we broke down and had to return home my husband called to cancel along with when I booked I marked the box that they would not hold or charge our card it was just a deposit to hold the room. Well the card was charged and I have along with my husband have reached out to them and they said take it up with u. I'm very disappointed in how we have been talked to in regards to this issue. It was bad enough we had to cancel our family vacation and now this. If u could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank u Shelly Coakley
