Hi *I made two temporary hotel reservations in Boston on ** April with the ability to cancel either reservation before my arrival in September.**The full payment was banked and debited from my credit card the very next day on the **th April. I did not authorise this payment and am very angry that it was banked.**I may not wish to stay at this hotel and in the meantime the currency fluctuations between ZAR and USD are extreme. This payment has gone through my account at a cost of R** ***.** which amount I want reimbursed (in full) immediately.**I only intended to pay for this accommodation on my arrival if I chose to stay at this hotel and I did not expect to be debited within ** hours for a reservation in September booked on the basis of free cancellation.**Kindly advise on this refund as soon as possible, or I will cancel both reservations completely and not use Booking.com again. You need to find out what USD ZAR exchange rate was used as this is the amount I want refunded in full in South African Rand.
