I was trying to get a hotel room which was confirmed by booking.com and also of my payment before going to the hotel. ... I booked a hotel room at Howard Johnson through Booking. Com and they charged my account but I was denied by Howard Johnson property of Wyndam Corp.ithey not accept my payment of **.**. because I had used my Green Dot Checking account prepaid. I was told I would be refunded back immediately into my account but nomoney has been deposited back yet. Still no money into my account. Booking .com should do everything in there power to honor there customers satisfaction especially if the customer had already paid early to book a hotel room through Booking. Com I would like to get my money back please thank you.
Apparently some hotels don't honor prepaid checking accounts such as Green Dot I was told by the front desk at that particular hotel.
I will let you have booking.com representative to call me so I can get my money back deposited into my account ASAP.
I've been to many hotels for the past year I've lived in hotels
I've called many times today but no one has yet picked up
