Good evening,*I’ve had to cancel the Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza, booking no ********** pin****. My Japanese daughter in law rang them who said we could have a refund. I also had a message through booking .com that we would not be penalised as it was because of the coronavirus. I haven’t heard from booking .com and would like my refund please. My booking issue with BC was I wanted a refund. I had paid for a room in a hotel in Japan which because of the coronavirus I couldn’t go. It’s really worth getting all your flight details and information from the government about not travelling and sending it to BC. Also get in touch with the hotel. Once BC had all the info I was almost immediately given a full refund. It’s really worth fighting for it.
