Help with my Booking.com issue

I have tried several times to correct an error in the drop off time for booking a car in Paris. I have tried to call, but on none of my bookings can I locate a pin code in the email or in my account. I have a booking * ********* for $***.** which was confirmed with the wrong drop off time in Orly Airport on June **. When I tried to correct the time, I was referred to a cheaper fare for $***.**, booking * *********. Both bookings were confirmed via email. In my account, booking * ending in *** states "Awaiting confirmation. In the meantime, booking * ending in *** has had the drop off time changed to **** hours on June **, which is correct. One of these needs to be cancelled. In addition this booking for a * passenger van is replacing a * passenger car for which a credit of $*** should be issued. Since I am unable to call you, can someone please straighten out this mess. I have spent hours trying to get this done. Thank You. Gary Lord
