The issue in GetHuman-gillsm's own words
booked a holiday with you booking no ********** and have used the hotel before this time they have taken the funds ** plus weeks before the date I think tis is a bit over the top plus they do not tell you they are doing it you just get billed. are they so money grabbing to do this, I have used your sight many times and this is the second time this particular resort has done this, I should have know but,,,,
