Upon arriving at the hotel three hours before check-in, we were allowed to store our luggage and advised to return at 2 pm for check-in. Upon returning as instructed, we were informed about the faulty AC in the room with water leaking from it. A technician is scheduled to arrive at 7 pm to rectify the issue, with an estimated duration of 30 to 60 minutes. We expressed our reluctance to stay in the room during repairs or wait outside. Our request for a different room was declined by the receptionist. We seek accommodation in a room with functioning A/C to ensure an undisturbed stay.

The check-in process took more than 30 minutes, and the clerk appeared to be under the influence. The room was messy with used soap wrappers, dirty towels, and an unmade bed. When we tried to speak to a manager, there was confusion with the reservations. Despite the staff's plea for us to stay, we opted to leave. We were advised to seek a refund through booking.com. The hotel environment was unpleasant, with a strong smell of marijuana. We chose to leave and drive back home. We were told to contact the manager "G2" for further assistance, but we prefer to handle this through booking.com for a refund.

I made a reservation through Booking.com for Hilton Makkah for 2 adults and 2 children with breakfast included for all of us. Hilton informed me that there was a mistake and they can only provide breakfast for two adults. I contacted Booking, and they said they would resolve the issue, but I have not received any updates yet. Please email me with any updates, or I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Booking is under [redacted].

I am a Level 2 Genius member on Booking.com staying at Besotted Lodge in Nanyuki, Kenya. I reached out to the property and spoke with Mumbi at +[redacted]90, who claimed my booking had been canceled without me being notified. I had confirmed my stay on Dec. 18 and was surprised to hear this news today. The lady I spoke to was very rude, accused me of being racist, and abruptly ended the call. This has left me feeling bewildered as I am scheduled to arrive on Dec. 23 for a 4-night stay. I am requesting assistance to understand and resolve this upsetting situation. Thank you.

On October 30th, I reserved a double bedroom for my family of four (2 adults and 2 children) with the confirmation details from Booking.com. The booking clearly indicated the number of guests and the room type. Upon arrival at the guest house, the manager refused our stay, stating they could only accommodate a single person. I am requesting direct contact to address an issue with the general manager at Quality Inn St. Cloud. Despite prior approval for our small dog via booking.com email confirmation, we faced harassment during checkout regarding our pet. This led to involving the police, and we have video evidence of the incident. We seek a resolution in the form of a full refund for the distressing stay.

I booked a room online at America's Best Value and had to cancel immediately because I didn't have enough to cover the incidental fee. Booking.com charged me $[redacted], even though their site offers free cancellations. We were promised a discount but never received it. I booked a stay at Aroma Tea House in Guilin, China for October 30 to November 2, [redacted], but couldn't make it. It was non-refundable and the hotel charged me. I contacted your office, they spoke to the property, and it was agreed that I wouldn't be charged for my next visit. I made a reservation at RedDoorz on Climaco Street in Cebu City. My confirmation number is [redacted]. I selected a Standard Double room for a 4-night stay at the price of Php 2,[redacted].76. Upon arrival at the property, I paid the specified amount. However, I was later contacted by the property claiming I owe an additional Php [redacted]. I tried to explain that this extra charge was not in line with the booking amount from Booking.com. Despite my explanation, they are insisting that I settle the Php [redacted], which I believe is an overcharge on my part.

I made a reservation at Bermagui Hotel on 18/12/19 through Booking.com. The room was supposed to offer a beautiful beach view and a bathtub or spa. After experiencing multiple home evacuations due to bushfires, I was really looking forward to my trip to Bermagui. However, upon check-in, I was allocated a room without windows, forcing me to keep the air conditioner running constantly and the shower wasn't up to my expectations. This feels like false advertising, and it was a letdown considering the high price I paid for the room. I am disheartened by this experience and will not be using Booking.com for future bookings.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience at Garden View Court in Ho Chi Minh City During the second day of our stay at Garden View Court, I experienced continuous disturbance due to a malfunctioning smoke detector alarm in the room from 7 pm to 2:30 am. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue with the reception, it remained unresolved, disrupting my children's sleep and causing us to miss planned activities the next day. Although they claimed to fix it the following day, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the room inaccurately advertised a sofa bed which was not as described, requiring makeshift sleeping arrangements. While the staff attempted to rectify the situation, I believe a refund for one day is warranted considering the circumstances, especially as a hotel owner myself. I am experiencing difficulty reaching a live representative for assistance. I booked a reservation at the Hudson Hotel in New York from December 20th to December 22nd, [redacted]. Despite attempting to adjust my arrival date by calling the hotel on the 17th, I was directed to reschedule through booking.com. After two days of unsuccessful attempts to speak with a live operator, the hotel charged my debit card without my presence and is requesting contact from booking.com prior to refunding. I made a hotel reservation at Hotel Portovono in Puerto Vallarta for December 7th to December 28th, [redacted]. I mistakenly provided the wrong email address as [redacted] My correct email is [redacted] I booked through Redtag.ca, and after contacting them, they advised me to reach out to Booking.com. This process is quite confusing, and despite reaching out to various parties, they all require a reservation number which I do not possess. I would like to cancel this reservation. My trip was planned from Edmonton, Alberta to Puerto Vallarta.

I arrived at the motel and found that the room was in very poor condition, not as described online. I was moved to an even worse room. When I inquired about the room I initially booked, it wasn't available. They refunded my $50 deposit but charged me $31.12, only giving back $81. However, they later charged my card for a no-show despite me checking in to two rooms. The staff claimed it was because I didn't stay, labeling me as a no-show. This feels like theft considering the false advertising and room conditions.

While making a reservation at Ocean Holiday Inn on Jekyll Island, GA, I was informed that I might not receive the ocean view room on the 2nd floor that I had asked for, and that pets are not permitted. Consequently, I decided to cancel my reservation. However, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].48 deducted from my checking account as a deposit. Hello, I recently made a reservation at Frisco Inn in Amsterdam from the 19th to the 22nd of March for myself and my partner. I have come across alarming reviews on the hotel's own website mentioning bed bugs in the beds. This concerns me greatly as I was led to believe by positive reviews on Booking.com. Hello... I, Sharifah Roziah, had an unexpected electricity supply issue during my stay at Unique Stay 3 which required me to cancel.
