Hello. I booked a hotel last week through booking app and it was supposed to be a good hotel however it was terrible. The door didn’t locked, it wasn’t working, it was dirty, the attention was terrible and there was no security at all. I didn’t stay but I paid cash for * hours (before hour check in started at *pm) **We need a refund.*My name is Karen and my mail *****@***.com. I’ve wrote to you since November **th the day we arrived. We didn’t stay there.
