Good day.**Please investigate and get back to me with regard to my complaint to you this morning.**Do be informed that there was a fully paid for booking reserved through booking.com. Confirmation number ********** for the ** November ****.**Upon arrival I was informed that the reserved room was not available. I had to wait till **h** to receive a downgraded apartment.**It was a disaster to book an accommodation through bookings.com with Prestige Apartments. I was sent to Max Apartments in Rivonia & the apartment was not value for the money that I paid. **I would expect a full refund into my account.**I will resort to social media if there is no positive response from your side to this email.**It would be appreciated if you can get back to me a.s.a.p. with regards to this complaint.****Thank you **Mr. Suliman Carrim
