We book a place at booking.com. *Our stay at the place we booked was cancelled, and they relocated us to Downtown Toronto, where we did not want to be. We were told, as compensation, that we would get a free parking spot. That spot was taken, and we had to find parking elsewhere and pay for it. It took about an hour to contact the company and figure out what to do. **We were told we would get reimbursement for the nighttime parking, but when we called in the morning, they said that they wouldn’t even do that. **On top off all of that, there were scuff marks all over the walls, a small amount of garbage left by the previous people, and dark marks on the floor around the toilet. *Cleanliness was our number one priority for our stay, so this was very disappointing. **We would like compensation for all of these issues, such as payment for the parking spot or reimbursement of the money we paid for the stay.
