Hi, we made the reservation ***********, to stay at Jurys Inn Galway, today- **th to **th October but we got the month wrong and instead booking for October we booked for November. We didn’t realize we booked an non-refundable stay. Considering we’re here today and won’t be next month, can we please get our money back! Please we’ve travelled with you before and we’ve always been satisfied. Please contact me as soon as possible. Best regards, Ale* and Alenka
