I made a reservation and it said it couldn't validate my credit card. Called my credit card company (MasterCard). No activity on their end - they didn't deny anything. Issue with Booking.com. If you call Booking.com, you have to have a confirmation number, which I wasn't sent. If I go to check the place I was trying to book, it says my date range is now booked. I have a feeling that's MY reservation. I have people sitting in a van in the rain. The booking was non-refundable. No where else has a large enough space. Is there ANY WAY to talk to a human being to find out IF I'm booked and, if so, what we need for them to check in? At this rate, I'll never use Booking.com again - lousy website, no way to contact anyone, may have dinged my card for a "nonrefundable" $*-*,*** charge. I'll hire a lawyer if I have to. That's fraudulent. I see this is a dead end, too, since it's via email.
