In September I used booking.com to attempt to book a room for Oct **, ** and leaving on the **th, at East Norwich Inn, Long Island NY. I was attending a wedding on Saturday Oct **, at noon. I entered the dates into your website and it said they had * rooms available for those dated and then after filling out all the information, I realized that the dates weren't correct. the site changed the dates to Oct **, ** and leaving on Sat. Oct **. So I canceled thinking I had entered the wrong date. I repeated the process, watching carefully. The same thing happened. I tried one more time and again the same result. I canceled all the reservations and called the hotel directly and made the correct dates. I received a confirmation for the direct phone call reservation but never received anything for the ones I canceled online. I was charged,*East Norwich In East Norwich Ny Usa Debit Card-$***.**! The hotel charged me separate for my two nights, East Norwich In East Norwich Ny Usa Debit Card-$***.**. I WANT THE $***.** REFUNDED, PLEASE!
