Re booking no ********....I was to travel with a friend on a previous booking. At this time I became unwell & was hospitalized for a week. I have a hospital doctors certificate I cancelled the original booking & rebooked for my self as my companion stated she was not going. As she could not cope if I became unwell. I did not notice a note stating non refundable....It is over *,***,** dollars. Which I can least afford to lose My friend in New York who has used your services many times before was stunned. *I intend to re book for April. I was unwell When my companion pulled out. Please review my case, I would never have booked a room,where I had the chance of losing my money.*Thankyou for reviewing my case. Your bookings All state free cancellation Cheers Nikki
