I cancelled my hotel reservation for Saturday Oct. **th and it is still showing that I gave a reservation. I did receive a cancellation last week. I keep calling ***.***.****. **I keep putting in my confirmation . * and tbe recording keeps asking for it. No one ever answers the phone. I need the cance this reservation, I am not Paying for it, you make it so hard to cancel! ! I have been trying for * week! !I am still on the phone wait g fir someone to answer and the recording keeps asking for my confirmation. *, I put it in ** times!!
