Hi there. I made a reservation for Americas Best Value Inn online, and I specifically wanted to book a smoke-free, queen bed room in Macomb, IL, and I even typed this into the site. However, I somehow was given a reservation at the Americas Best Value Inn in Milpitas, CA. I never received an email with confirmation number, despite putting my email in when I made the reservation, so I had no way of knowing that my reservation was in a different location. I called the hotel in Milpitas, but the front desk person told me that they couldn't give me a refund and that they would charge me a cancellation fee. I asked whom I should contact, and he said I should contact booking.com to resolve the issue. I would like to receive a refund on my reservation.
