Our car hire which we made through booking.com booking number ********* we had Gold Car the total cost was £**.** when we got to airport, Gold Car representative flatly refused to honour our agreement with yourselves, after arguing over an hour with him, I reluctantly had to accept a new booking (his terms) which cost us €*** I will try to find receipt so I can give you the exact amount. We also had to endure indication of a slow puncture no spare wheel or jack or compressor to fix the tyre which we put air in as the car showed low tyre pressure, but wasn't the case the car tyre was flat in the morning (which deflated next day, so had to call Gold Car, who kept us waiting hour on the phone saying the breakdown lorry would get in touch with us which they did not fuming we had to call my relative who came out managed to temporarily inflate tyre with his compressor it was night time he took us to a garage who again kept us waiting another hour then they repaired the puncture costing us €** we have receipt, I am not happy with your offer of giving me £**.** I think I should be reimbursed from Gold Car €*** which booking.com should be recovering from them to give back to us as we already had a legal contract out with you yourselves. We also had our own private insurance with Zurich. Covering us for the full collision waiver which is a legal document and they also refused to honour that so had to take out a full cover with Gold Car all in all a total disaster which ruined the holiday to start with. As I am a a active host, with yourselves for a number of years, hopefully you will resolve this matter and refund my money what is rightfully due to me.
