We arranged the reservation personally and not through booking.com at first and got their information from a friend. Our guest had a wonderful stay and also gave us good feedback about the experience. After a month, our guest came back and requested to stay in the same room. It was easily settled. However, it was a different room. The aircon was not working and our guest had a lot of complain. Last July *, I contacted them again and asked to reserve us the room we had for the first time. We contacted them and gave them the details. They instructed us to book at booking.com. We then immediately called them and ask to confirm our reservation. They said that they will text us back if it's confirmed. We waited * week but we didn't receive any text or call from them so we tried texting them again. We tried reaching them through text and call but no answer for almost a month. We decided not to proceed with them since they didn't respond to us. Last July **, we got a call from them asking us about the time of arrival of the guest. I clearly explained to them that I did not receive any confirmation from them. The conversation went smoothly as they did not demand anything from us. They did not even told us to cancel it at booking.com. The next day, they were calling us and insisting and demanding that we have to pay for the room. As a customer, we didn't get the service we deserve and we don't deserve to pay. We did not get proper response from them. Yesterday, August **, ****, they sent someone named Rob. However, the person did not give any identification and was threatening our company by presenting fake documents and making a scene. The said person is not in any way related to any of our company's transaction and his presence threatened our staff and most importantly our clients. That greatly affected our company's reputation. He was verbally pointing out vague issues in an aggressive manner. Our company is a daycare facility and as a daycare facility we must ensure the kid's safety. We would appreciate it if you could take immediate action as soon as possible to protect both of our companies. This incident will surely reach lawful action as soon as possible. We are hoping for your consideration. Thank you!
