Booked Bradbury Motel in Big Spring, Tx for Aug *-*. Arrived, looks like Bates Motel without the big house on the hill. Walked in room, immediately was bitten by some thing.... We left the key and immediately booked another hotel in the city.Unfortunately, booked same hotel on Aug *-*. Want to cancel. DO NOT HAVE confirmation number or pin , which the automaton robot answer insisted upon. The name on the booking is Hilario Mendoza and the last * digits of the card used are ****. Needless to say, I am more than a little unhappy about the situation and want tha Aug*-* reservation CANCELED. A refund on the original booking would be appreciated, but are willing to take the loas rather than spend * second more on that property.
