My booking number is [redacted]. We stayed at Southern Star hotel in Mysore for 4 nights, from 7/7/19 to 11/7/19. Due to urgent family commitments, we need to cut short our stay and will be vacating the room by 1pm today (9/7/19). Despite multiple requests at the hotel reception, they advised me to seek a refund through Booking.com. This seems incorrect as I already paid the full amount during check-in. Kindly assist in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I had issues with my credit card during my initial booking at Holiday Inn on July 6. After updating my card, I rebooked my stay. I contacted Holiday Inn to explain that the reservation made with my old credit card ending in [redacted] should be canceled. The booking I made with the credit card ending in [redacted] is the one I intend to keep. I informed them that the first booking is void and requested the appropriate adjustments to be made.

Hi! My friend (G. Quartaroli) and I recently made a reservation at CH Budget Center Rooms in Vienna from August 6th to August 11th. The booking indicated the price for two people at [redacted] CHF, but we could only select one person (my friend). We were advised to modify the reservation for two people, but we encountered difficulties despite paying the price for two. Can the room accommodate two people? It has a queen bed, and I can provide photos showing that it can accommodate two guests. Thank you!

I have a reservation at Hotel Le Relais du Marais in Paris, France, from July 12-14 with reservation number [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to a car accident, I am currently in a hospital in Lyon and will undergo major surgery tomorrow. The hotel couldn't reimburse me since I booked through Booking. I have recently made two bookings with Ha Long Dragon Gold Cruises (Booking no.: [redacted] & [redacted]). One of the bookings was charged to my credit card. I received a message from the property through Booking.com Assistant informing me that the cruise I booked will be undergoing renovations and will be unavailable on the date of my visit. I am concerned about getting a refund if the property does not process it. Will Booking.com intervene if the property fails to issue a refund?

I need assistance with my reservation under CONFIRMATION NUMBER: [redacted]. I completed the payment through booking.com and have the confirmation email. However, the property mentioned an automated check-in requiring full payment with a credit card upon arrival. I solely use debit cards and they're not accepted at the location. I made a reservation for a room at $[redacted] to be paid on Aug 17th. Recently, Booking.com offered me the same room for $80 as an expert customer. I decided to cancel my original booking and rebook at the discounted rate. However, after rebooking, the charge showed as $[redacted]. This discrepancy is concerning. I contacted customer service, specifically speaking with Austin Parker (employee #[redacted]), who mentioned the only way to adjust the price was to make an immediate payment over the phone. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled. As a repeat customer, I believe there has been an error in pricing, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

I had a disappointing experience at the Super 8 hotel in Parry Sound, ON, Canada. Upon check-in on June 28, I was given a ground floor room with two doors, one connecting to the hallway and the other outside. The room had a dented exterior door, an open window, unplugged A/C, and damaged locks on both doors. Additionally, the bathroom had chipped tiles and dirty grout. When I raised these issues at the front desk, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, only offering me another room without a refund. Despite my concerns for safety, they were uncooperative. The overall condition of the hotel was poor, and the false advertising on Booking.com was evident once inside. I have contacted Booking.com and expect a full refund as my credit card was already charged.

I have made multiple calls to your UK customer service center, enduring excessively long wait times that have left me frustrated. To resolve the problem, I even sought assistance from an IT expert, yet the issue persists. This experience has been incredibly stressful, and the lack of resolution is unacceptable. I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter, review the correspondence, and address the incompetence of your agents promptly. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

During our one-night stay in Switzerland, we encountered several issues at the hotel. Upon our arrival, the hotel was closed, and we had to wait until another guest let us in and contacted the owners who were apologetic and mentioned being closed on our arrival day. Despite having a booking, they claimed it was early for guests to arrive. The restaurant promised by booking.com was also closed, and we were offered a delivery service instead. We declined and were later given ice cream as a gesture for the wait. However, this was not communicated as compensation. Hygiene articles were lacking, contradicting what was advertised online. Despite contacting booking.com, the hotel insisted everything was as described. Feeling misled, I am unsure of my rights. Should booking.com take responsibility for the inaccuracies? Can I request a refund? It's frustrating that the hotel was unwelcoming, but I wonder if booking.com can be held accountable.

I needed to cancel my stay at Northern Pine Inn. I did this through the booking website. It states that I can modify or cancel my booking at any time. I received a confirmation number. Later, I got a call and voicemail on July 9th around 8 pm asking about my check-in time. When I returned the call, the person said my booking was not canceled despite my online cancellation and that I'd have to pay for the room. He mentioned it was only a request. Why is there a discrepancy? I want a refund as I canceled and didn't stay. I can provide screenshots of my cancellation confirmation number and the website showing the cancellation policy. I feel frustrated with the back and forth and losing money for a booking I canceled.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago-Downtown for September 19 and 20, [redacted], for 5 adults through Booking.com on July 8, [redacted], with Confirmation #[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. My reservation was made using a VISA card. Despite receiving a message on the same day stating "your booking confirmation is in your inbox," I have not received the official confirmation email. I kindly request Booking.com to send a proper confirmation for both rooms under my name, Kathleen R. Martin, to my email address at [redacted] This will allow me to have a hard copy of the confirmation for my records.

I am currently lodging at Nashville Airport Inn and Suites on Atrium Way in Nashville, TN. The online photos are clearly outdated as the actual condition of the place is disappointing. We encountered a syringe in a drawer, blood splattered on the walls of the bathroom and bedroom, and unsafe electrical setups with lamps. The bathroom sink is continuously leaking, the bathtub won't drain properly, and the toilet backs up with dark black water. The so-called kitchenette is laughable with only a mini fridge and a filthy microwave that sparks. I have documented these issues. The room cost $[redacted] for 7 days, but dealing with large cockroaches every night is unacceptable. This establishment is in dire need of attention and possibly closure due to its condition. Yesterday, I listed my property on booking.com with a price error - it showed £1 per night instead of the intended £[redacted] per night with a 2-night minimum stay. This mistake caused 15 guests to book at the incorrect rate. I have informed them of the error and apologized, but some are demanding refunds. I am seeking a refund for my hotel booking through American Airlines' website that redirected me to booking.com. After realizing I no longer needed the hotel, I tried to cancel the reservation, but was unable to do so. The hotel staff was unhelpful and refused to provide a refund. Hello, I want to address some issues I encountered with my recent bookings. Firstly, I had a reservation to collect a car at Rome Fiumicino airport on the 15th. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed due to an electrical problem, causing me to miss my original flight and arrive a day later. Upon arrival, I was informed that my car booking and insurance had been canceled, even though I had paid for them in advance. I had to purchase new insurance and rent a different car at a higher price due to the situation. Additionally, I encountered problems with a hotel booking at Metropolis rooms & services from the 30th of June to the 1st of July. I had to cancel this reservation due to a change in my schedule, but I was still charged for a no-show. I had informed them of the cancellation on the 22nd of June, well in advance. I recently tried to book a stay at Hotel Samac in Trogir, Croatia, for June 22-24 but did not receive a confirmation from booking.com. The hotel charged my credit card for a no-show. After contacting booking.com, I learned that my reservation confirmation was sent to the wrong email address, [redacted] instead of [redacted] The confirmation number is [redacted], with no pin number. I only found out about the reservation mix-up when I reached out to the accommodation provider. Despite not canceling, Villa Samac did not receive any communication from me as I was unaware of the reservation. When calling customer service, I encountered language barriers and lack of problem-solving skills. I appreciate your platform and wish to resolve this by receiving a refund or credit for the $[redacted].14 CAD charged by Villa Samac.
