The issue in GetHuman-andaniel's own words
The room smelled foul and made me dizzy, as well as gave me a headache. The toilet bowl had ***** on it and everything was extremely dusty. The room was unclean and had leftover items from the previous stay, like bobby pins. I voiced my complaints to the front desk, but they had no other rooms available and no maid was present to clean the room again. They unfortunately could not give me a refund because I booked through a third party.
GetHuman-andaniel did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
