In my reservation I specifically requested wifi access. The property's internet was not working. I spoke with * of the staff and they assured me that the Internet would be working "shortly." I told them that I need wifi to conduct business and that if their internet was not working by * am the next day I would be leaving the property and expecting a FULL REFUND.**The next morning I tried the property's Internet and it still did not work at all.**I spoke with the manager who assured me I can leave with a full refund of the charges.**I have checked and still see the charges posted to my credit card.**FULL REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD OF ALL CHARGES FROM THE MOTEL * ELK GROVE VILLAGE IMMEDIATELY & AS PROMISED BY THE MOTEL * ELK GROVE AT ONCE!**THANK YOU!
