The issue in GetHuman-venues's own words
Dear Sir*Madame,***I would like to have a refund for my booking number ****.***.*** under the name Andrew Moseley, because:*- The front door lock was covered in sellotape*- The hallway had no lighting *- The bathroom wasn’t clean and the light switch didn’t work ( I was instructed to hit the switch if it didn’t work) *- The owner*Manager were working in the room next door *- The room had no lock (this isn’t stated in the main facilities of section of booking.com but hidden in the other information section). *- The safe was tiny and hardly secured to anything. **I didn't feel safe staying in the room*apartment so even if my photo identification was taken I left the property and went to find something else.**Because of all of that I would like to have my refund back.***Thank you.
