Yesterday (April **) agent informed me that due to Easter they shall solve the problem of room rate on Monday, April **. After the date change the total payment has been increased to Shekels *,***.** although the total number of nights was reduced. (Now is total * nights instead of *). Even today (Easter Sunday) in site the same type room at Golden Walls Hotel could be booked for Shekels *,***.** for * nights. I am a loyal costumer to more than ** years and I never chose the service rates with restrictions when making any bookings has Price Match policy and they should correct the total room rate.

In phone conversation with Customer Service (* times) I tried to solve the problem with agents. The third agent was helpful and promised to find a fair solution. ... Confirmation No. ********** Hotel Golden Walls, Jerusalem, Israel*Due to new airline schedule we are forced to modify our booking. We shall arrive in Jerusalem on Thursday, April **, **** in the morning and leave on Tuesday morning of April **, **** (* nights) instead of previously booked stay from Wednesday, April **, **** to May *, ****.
