I continue to try and reach booking.com. I called quality inn in st Augustine Before arriving and was told I had TWO identical reservations. They said booking.com was the only one to fix this error. Called and waited on hold ** minutes to speak to luis in Singapore. He said no managers were on the office that entire day said he’d talk to manager who would straighten this out with quality inn. He said I’d get call back “soon” (but couldn’t tell me when)! I’ve never heard and now I see the hotel charged me *** twice! I want a refu d of my *** overcharge. Can’t reach anyone and no one calls back! Terrible service and Im so mad. Please help. Charlotte Brandt. ***-***-****
