Wife & I traveling to Japan for * nights **** - ******** and booked * hotels. Invited another couple - Petersens and I used my email address to book their * hotels in Yokohama, Hiroshima, Himeji and Toyohashi. Your site tells me I have duplicate bookings although the bookings are under * different names, Sasaki and Petersen. For each property, I can cancel up to just before arrival date but for the Petersen's, they must pay a penalty even if canceled today - one month in advance? WHY? Can your system not accommodate your long time customer booking for friends? And, what is the fee if cancelled now although we have no plans to cancel. Curious question.
