Sarkar suites Toronto...The worst lodging experience I have ever known. Do not stay here! You will be sorry as I am. **We were unaware until we arrived at the location that parking was at the rear under ground entrance and no instruction was given to this fact. It took several texts to finally figure out where the parking entrance actually was located? This used approximately ** minutes to figure out and lots of frustration. After that fiasco It took a further hour to check in as the host was not available to meet as planned. We had no access to the elevators from P* parking and had to lug our luggage up * flights of stairs to the main lobby which is not clearly marked at all. My wife has lupus and had quite a lot of difficulty negotiating the stair climbing on top of the rest of the nonsense. After doing that we stood in the lobby waiting for some dude named Sam to meet us? We kept sending messages to the host that we were waiting in the lobby and the host kept asking us to call him all by text, however when you call the number the operator conveyed there was no connection to this number. It was extremely frustrating to say the least. It was my valentines gift to my wife to stay downtown Toronto and she received a very poor experience here. Finally Sam shows up however he had been standing in the lobby talking to some other dude the entire time watching us struggle to reach someone? We were told to pay Sam $** for parking on top of that. **Today I opened my credit card log to find out that Sarksar over charged me $**.** for that night. I’m in the midst of having that battle currently. I have to say it was the worst experience of my life in respect to lodging. It was also my wife and my first Valentines together.... one we won’t forget that is for certain. I want the money back that I was over charged. Frankly after the nonsense we went through our stay should have been free. This hotel or lodging company has the worst customer service I've ever known. It’s a bloody farce, and then they over charge you on top to rip you off more. I hope booking. Com gets involved here and sets things straight. Ted A. Foster MBA. A big thumbs down.
