rebook for correct dates ... I booked a reservation for three nights at Quality Inn Clearwater Floridq with in minuts of booking I realized I had booked it in the wrong month, I wanted it booked for March ** through March **rd- if you look at the calendar February and March dates align on the same weekdays February **th is a Wednesday, and March **th is a Wednesday. realizing the mistake I tried to get it fixed to change the booking. the "Help Assistant" that you can correspond with said I had to wait ** hours until they hear back from the property. I waited the ** hours.. no respond only that I could cancel for the fee of $***. -- the booking was for $***. I call the hotel after ** hrs, they indicated they did not have a reservation for me. now on Booking.com it shows cancelled for the $*** * my credit card still shows the $*** charge with no credit... I would be willing to book the original desired dates of March ** March **, and pay if the difference if the new dates are at a different price, but not if I am charged the $*** or the $****Confirmation number: ***********Name one the booking :Pamela Cotter*contact number *** ***-*****email *****@***.com
