We have just returned from a trip to Kalkata having stayed at * different hotels. For ease of our flight home we booked two double rooms at Treebo Hoops Hotel on your website for the evening of *th Feb ****. Arriving in the early evening we encountered an awful premises and despite being offered alternative rooms, they were dirty with bedding stained, towels dirty and generally very undesirable conditions. We had no option but to stay in view of our early morning flight but remained dressed and had no sleep. At checkout we were met with unkempt staff members bedded down on makeshift beds in the corridors. To avoid confrontation the bill was paid on a credit card of Mrs B Rothwell however the experience tarnished our holiday. Your records will show I use booking . com on a very regular basis with no compliant. As per your satisfaction guarentee, I request a full refund in respect of this nights stay ( * rooms). I await your response. Andrew Hudson
