Dear Sir, I have spoken separately two Kenny and Kim in your office in recent days about an issue I am trying to resolve. Last year I booked a hotel in Cyprus (four rooms) for Easter. Unfortunately, I had to alter the booking for June and when I went to try to do this I first of all cancelled and then went to rebook. However, the cancellation notice told me I was being charged *** euro which I think is a bit steep. I rang the hotel which told me the issue is with Booking.Com. Both Kenny and Kim have told me the issue should be manageable once they can sort matters out at their end. However, I have heard nothing for a few days. The original booking reference was**********. I want the same booking for the same rooms but beginning on the **th June. I spoke to Michaela at the RIse Hotel in Larnaca who told me to contact you as there was nothing she could do as it is you who have charged the cancellation fee. All I ever wanted to do was adjust the reservation dates which is well within my consumer rights. Can you help please? I would prefer a phone call to *****-**-***-****.
