Hi I have booked a * night stay at Bagus Place retreat tioman island confirmation ********** The booking clearly states all inclusive ( there is no other option) and now we have booked with no cancellation the resort has informed us that all soft drinks and alcohol are an extra cost which in my eyes is full board not all inclusive Has this been misleading advertising or a mistake Please can you help
