I checked in about a half an hour ago and came up to the room and oh my God it is filthy I have taken pictures of the bathtub that has mold the sink that have pubic hair did microwave with food stuck to the door refrigerator with lock in it the floor by the bed has grass and stuff like somebody just mow the lawn and came in the sheets have holes in them dot-dot. I would like a refund and I'm hoping you can help me with that. This Red Roof Inn in Erlanger is not a place I feel safe and the rooms are dirty. The woman who did the booking was okay not overly friendly. On a review I saw heading that way they greeted me warmly and they provide me a map how to get to my room and make sure I had everything this lady did not let me just say that.
