Hello, *I booking a room from Olympic rooms on friday ** November **** and left the property on the *st of December ****. Its been well over a month and I have still not received my damage deposit back into my account. I have sent numerous amount of emails, at first they said they only charged me once and to check my account, which I never mentioned anything about getting charged twice because I didn’t so I wrote another email explaining it’s about damage deposit that I have no received back, they emailed me saying this money will be back in your account in * working days, however it has been *weeks since they sent me that email and I have still not received it back, I emailed them once more on Wednesday and no reply, this is getting a bit ridiculous now it’s not a small amount that I’m trying to get back , it’s £*** I could use that money wisely , I’m entitled to get my money back, and it’s ridiculous that so much weeks on I still have no received it back.*My booking number is - **********
