Hi! I’m staying at Fairfield (Marriot).*My room package was from * th January **** until * th January ****.*As per my booking for the above dates Breakfast was included with the room package. But when I went for the Breakfast the Hotel refused me and said I have to pay extra for it. That was very embarrassing for for me in front of other guest in the hotel. I’m very disappointed with booking. Com and I have already spoken to booking. Com India they said they will give me vouchers for d same but there is nothing from booking. Com. I am leaving the hotel property tomorrow. So I need some feedback and a compensation for it.
