I booked a room for the Manhattan in Times Square, New York, NY. from Dec **- Jan *rd. Unfortunately, my fianc* met with an accident right after booking the trip due to no fault of his own. When he initially went to the hospital, the physicians said that he just had bruised his ribs and would be able to recover soon. However over the next week, the pain and inflammation got worse...so upon getting a second opinion...the next set of exams should * fractured ribs and the physician said it would be a longer recovery time and advised him not to travel. I am so sorry but am asking for your help to please refund our hotel stay due to extenuating circumstances. Donumentation can be provided for office visits and the recommendation if necessary. Please take my request into consideration. It would be greatly appreciated since it was a trip we had wanted to make for a long time and again will have to postponesd and hopefully revisited at a later date. Thank you for your time and effort.
