We booked the dolphine club hotel in Sri Lanka from **th till *th January , *My booking number *************We are very disappointed . Although it says it is a *.* star I wouldn’t even give it a *. **The ac unit in one of the rooms not working . The minibar fridge is not working . The bathroom smells like sewage . I sprayed half bottle perfume to take smell out but no use .*The door **** to the main door is broken so the key always jammed and doesn’t open easily . There are a lot of stray animals on premises and Stray cats sleeping at my door front entrance . *There is only one therapist in the spa for the entire hotel. Strange*Hotel really rundown . *The only two restaurants serve buffet all inclusive for guests and they close at a specific time . So if you don’t eat during that time forget eating . And the food is lousy . Nothing on the menus is actually served . **Our first meal my daughter became really sick and vomiting ***we are thinking of cutting down our stay at this hotel and leaving asap. **Perhaps finding another resort with better standard .
