This is with regards to my recent trip in HK. The booking details is as follows:**Confirmation number: ***********PIN code: **** **New Garden Hostel******Hong Kong, Hong Kong*CANCELLED*Phone: **** **** ******---- **I am just reviewing my emails now and found that I was charged for the booking I supposedly cancelled. **I was in the property at the time I was suppose to be there. I stayed in the hotel the time I booked and paid in cash. When I arrived in the hotel, the Chinese girl said that something went wrong with my booking in bookings.com therefore I had to cancel my booking and pay in cash. There was quite a language barrier but this is what I understood and it had been what she wanted as at that time, there was no problem. I do not remember if I cancelled it or she did but nonetheless, I was told that the booking had to be cancelled. I agreed anyway. **My mistake was not to check the email right away and see that I was charged. Since I came in the property the time I was suppose to be there, I just thought that I wouldn't be charged because I was present. However, because of this incident, I paid TWICE. Once because I had to pay cash in the property and second because I had to pay the cancellation fee. **I ask that you look into this incident and act on it swiftly. I also ask that you please waive the cancellation fee that you charged me as I was in the property and stayed during the time I booked. **Thank you very much!
