On the **th of November **** I booked accommodation at the Australian Skies Chalets and Gardens at Mundaring Western Australia for accommodation between **th and **th of November. I received confirmation, confirmation number **********. *On the **th of November I received a message Australian Skies and thought my booking to be correct.*On the **th of November I arrived at Australian skies Chalets and Gardens at about *pm and found no one there. I left and returned at *pm but there still was no one in attendance. I phoned the telephone number on the booking confirmation, ********** twice but there was no answer. I then left a message to Australian skies through Booking.com's Booking assistant but after ** hours there was no reply.*From that point I had to change my travel plans.*I have been charged for the accommodation I am seeking a full refund of the accommodation charges.
